He was born in Korinth and started his music studies on plucked strings at an early age.
 

Since 2005 he has been a member of the Patras Plucked Strings Orchestra “Thanassis Tsipinakis”.  He has participated in concerts, collaborating with Greek and foreign eminent composers and artists, such as José  Carreras, Dimitris Papadimitriou, Maria Farantouri etc. He has also taken part in an international mandoline festival in Spain (Logroño 2006). In addition, he has shown remarkable contribution in the geek discography and he has frequently appeared on television, on the theatrical stage and on the radio as a member of the Plucked Strings Orchestra of Patras. Since 2013 he has been working as an arranger for the needs of the Orchestra.
 

In 2006 he collaborated as a solist with the ‘E.G.M.Y.O. 2006’ (European Guitar and Mandolin Youth Orchestra 2006). From 2005 to 2009 he attended classical mandoline lessons at the Patras Plucked Strings Orchestra “Thanassis Tsipinakis”, while, at the same time, he was a student of Marcellus Chrissicopoulos in class of Baroque Chamber of Municipal Conservatoire of Patras.

In 2007 he was a member of the international Plucked Strings Orchestra ‘Il Forum Musicale’ conducted by Maestro Pedro Chamorro based in Luxembourg. From 2006 to 2007 he worked as a mandoline teacher at the Philippos Nakas Music School – Patras branch. From 2010 to 2011 he taught mandoline for the Patras Plucked Strings Orchestra “Thanassis Tsipinakis”

In 2008 he was a member of Greek - Turkish Youth Orchestra, performing in concerts inland and abroad and from 2010 to 2013 he was a member of Athens Symphonic Youth Orchestra and Greek Youth Orchestra. Moreover, in 2008 he collaborated with the Municipality of Ioannina Symphonic Orchestra, in 2011 with the Patras String Orchestra and in 2012 with the Athens State Orchestra.

Within the last three years, he has participated in three theatre productions of the Municipal Regional Theatre of Patras, all directed by Thodoris Abazis, who also composed the music for the performances. Firstly, in 2013, along with Patras Plucked Strings Orchestra “Thanassis Tsipinakis” in the Euripides’ tragedy “Troades”. Secondly, from January to March 2014, as a viola player, in the Moliere’s play " George Dandin ". From September 2014 to April 2015 in the opera “The Snow Queen” as a viola player and assistant arranger and lastly on January 2016 in the theatrical play "Intolerance" by Io Voulgaraki and Th. Abazis.

Since 2004 he has performed with 12 orchestras and music ensembles, collaborating with eminent orchestra leaders, such as Vladimir Davidovich Ashkenazy, Vassilis Chrisopoulos, Miltos Logiadis, Anastassios Simeonidis, Pavlos Sergiou, Dimitris Botinis etc.

He has performed abroad, in Spain, Luxembourg and Turkey (Anchara, Constantinople), as well as in Greece, at Athens City Hall (Megaron), at Odeon of Herodes Atticus (Irodion), Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, Onassis Cultural Centre, the Roman Odeon of Patras etc.

Since 2011 he works permanently with Sophia Kamayianni (a composer and a pianist), Manos Avarakis (harmonica and baroque Flute / recorder) and the performer Annie Onoufriou.
 

He possesses a Diploma in Viola (Svetlana Chmourova’s class, year of possession 1-7-2014) from Municipal Conservatoire of Patras.
